For benefit brokers, every client’s needs are different, with varying levels of complexity. Finding a TPA that understands this can be difficult, says George Burdi, Seniors Sales Consultant for Capital Group Insurance, Inc.

“We ended up speaking to our drug card company, who told us that Canadian Benefit Administrators’ reputation was really strong,” he says. “They had computer systems sophisticated enough to integrate with the systems of our partners,” Burdi adds, from drug card companies to stop-loss providers.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario is the governing body of Ontario’s 32,000 Chartered Accountants.
